WHAT IS AN ERRATACORRIGE
An ErrataCorrige is a correction of a draft of any document that needs to be made. Once uploaded, it will be visible to the entire team, who will be promptly notified, and will be able to help carry it out. Moreover, you can upload files to support the corrections in any format.
PHOTOS
Have you corrected a draft while on a plane, on a train, in a car? Are you hundreds or thousands of kilometres away from the office and need to pass your corrections to the production department? Use the camera on your smartphone. The app will make the errataCorrige immediately available to proceed with the work.
USE YOUR SCANNER
Are you in the office and have made corrections on many pages? Scan them with your network scanner and upload a PDF of the document with all the pages: errataCorrige automatically splits and catalogues them, making them immediately available for the department production.
APPLE PENCIL®
The errataCorrige version for iPad contains a unique feature that allows you to make corrections directly from the app, without having to print the document, correct it, and upload it later. Use the Apple Pencil and you’ll be free to make all corrections: you’ll speed up your workflow greatly.
WORK IN PROGRESS
ErrataCorrige always makes you see the progress of corrections of a particular draft, so that everyone in the team can be continuously updated on the working progress. All corrections done? Close the draft and upload another one, until you have gone through the entire graphic design project.

ERRATACORRIGE'S MEMORY
Limitless. There is no limit, and errataCorrige never forgets. Once closed, drafts are placed in the historical archive, which is always available to view any completed document. Every action made in the application is also recorded, so that there is a trace of the processing of drafts.
TEAM WORKING
ErrataCorrige manages teams of people within its environment using its unique invitation system. Anyone belonging to the team can actively contribute to the proofreading work. In addition, a chat system is integrated into errataCorrige, in which team members can ask questions and obtain clarifications contextualised to a specific draft.
THE INTELLIGENCE OF ERRATACORRIGE
ErrataCorrige has a Machine Learning algorithm that scans the texts of each draft. The integrated search engine will search everywhere, even in the historical archive.
HOW MUCH DOES ERRATACORRIGE COST?
Nothing! The app is always free. ErrataCorrige has a refill system with 25, 50, 75 or 100 errataCoin that can be used to load your corrections (1 errataCoin per page) and drafts (5 errataCoin per draft regardless of the number of pages*)
* It is not possible to load drafts weighing more than 250 MB.
THE ENVIRONMENT
One of the goals of errataCorrige is to do good for the environment. Firstly, by preventing paper drafts from physically circulating from one place to another. Furthermore, thanks to the unique Apple Pencil support for the iPad, it’s not even necessary to print out the drafts, thus avoiding a huge waste of paper.
